Vacuum Tube Furnace for Laboratory and Industrial Thermal Processing

The TENCAN Vacuum Tube Furnace is a high-temperature horizontal tube furnace designed for vacuum, inert gas, reducing atmosphere, and controlled atmosphere heat treatment. It can be equipped with a high-purity quartz tube or high-purity alumina tube according to different temperature requirements and application conditions. Available temperature options range from 300°C to 1600°C, making it suitable for laboratory research, material testing, quality inspection, and small-batch production.

This vacuum tube furnace provides stable heating performance, accurate temperature control, excellent insulation, and uniform furnace temperature distribution. With its vacuum and gas atmosphere capability, it is widely used in universities, research institutes, laboratories, mining enterprises, material companies, and industrial production facilities for high-temperature sintering, metal material processing, powder metallurgy experiments, ceramic research, and thermal analysis.

As a horizontal tube furnace, the equipment allows samples to be placed inside the furnace tube while the temperature program and atmosphere conditions are precisely controlled. Users can create different processing environments inside the tube, including vacuum, nitrogen, argon, inert gas, or reducing atmosphere, to meet specific experimental and production requirements.

The furnace chamber adopts high-quality alumina polycrystalline fiber insulation material produced by vacuum forming technology, providing excellent heat preservation and energy-saving performance. The double-layer air-cooling furnace shell helps keep the outer surface temperature below 50°C during operation, improving safety and user comfort.

This series is equipped with a 50-segment programmable temperature controller, enabling automatic heating programs for complex thermal processes. It also features 304 stainless steel double-sealed flanges, adjustable flange support structures, over-temperature protection, leakage protection, and optional molecular pump systems for higher vacuum requirements.
