The 4L vertical square planetary ball mill is designed for laboratory powder preparation, fine grinding, material mixing, sample making, new material research and small-batch production. With a compact vertical square body, four grinding positions and convenient digital operation, it is suitable for R&D laboratories, universities, testing centers and pilot-scale material research.
The machine supports both dry grinding and wet grinding. Two or four jars can work at the same time, helping users prepare multiple samples in one batch. When equipped with vacuum grinding jars, it can also be used for sealed grinding or samples that require a protected grinding environment.
The mill has four working positions on one turntable. During operation, the turntable revolves while each grinding jar rotates around its own axis. This planetary movement generates strong impact, shear and friction between the grinding balls and materials, helping the sample become fine and uniform powder.
Different materials can be processed by selecting suitable jar materials, ball materials, speed, grinding time and dry or wet grinding methods. The minimum output granularity can reach 0.1 μm under suitable grinding conditions.

This laboratory planetary ball mill is widely used in geology, mining, metallurgy, electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemical materials, light industry, environmental protection, new materials and battery material research. It is suitable for grinding and mixing ceramic powders, electronic materials, mineral samples, soil samples, glass materials, catalysts, pigments, ferrites, lithium battery materials and other research samples.

Different grinding jars and balls can be selected according to the sample hardness, contamination sensitivity, chemical properties and final particle size requirements. Proper matching of jar and grinding media helps improve grinding efficiency and reduce sample contamination.
